February 18 at 7:15pm KCMO Two people Lil Brother and cousin Que Leggs & Ra'shad were killed Saturday night in a car crash at 86th and Ward Parkway.According to KCMO police, the crash happened at about 7:10pm.Initially, Police say the crash involved a red car and a silver car. The red car was pulling out of the Ward Parkway Shopping Center, attempting to turn north on Ward Parkway when it collided with the silver car.The adult male in the silver car was pronounced dead at the scene; the male passenger in the silver car died at the hospital.Police identified the victims Sunday night as driver 17-year-old Ra'Shad D. Leggs, and passenger 19-year-old Quentin D. Leggs, both of Kansas City, Mo. Both of them where young and had promising futures ahead of them. Everyone loved them they put a smile one every once face. Que Leggs & Ra'shad Leggs was a Lil brother and cousin to Ricky Leach and I anything will help to lay them to rest.
