Bladder surgery help 4 Coco Bean

About 10 days ago I noticed that when my dog CoCo Bean went out to pee he would raise his leg (not unusual) but he would STAY like that for several minutes while producing a very small amount. I took him to the vet today,  They examined him, then did an ultrasound, then an x-ray. The doctor showed me that my little Beaner had several bladder stones that are too big to pass, and must be removed through surgery. The quote they gave me was slightly more than $1000. They said that if he gets clogged and can't pee his bladder will burst and he will die.  I had bladder stone removal surgery about a year ago and I know first hand how he is feeling. I am on disability and simply cannot afford the cost of his operation. I am hoping some caring people will help us
