Family Member In Need Of Help

I'm trying to help my dad an grandma to raise any kind of emergency funding..my dad had some money saved up an someone stole it all from him which he is also disabled so he has nothing to fall back on..My grandma is having surgery the 6th of Feb for stage 4 cancer which the money he had put back was for him to fall back on when she went into surgery his money taken was taken out of his safe...our family would appreciate any help that anyone could possibly help with..
