Please Help Me Get Back On My Feet

This is humbling in itself as each of you know I am the worst at both admitting and asking for help when it comes to myself. I do excel though at taking care of others especially my animal friends. Anyway, my current multitude of predicaments has left me beyond limited in my personal resources. The past two years alone have included: nerve biopsies, triple phase bone scans, multiple MRI's, lumbar spinal blocks, radiographs, physical therapy, hospitalizations, ER visits, countless nerve blocks, epidurals, and six actual surgeries. My medical issues have wrecked havoc on my employment history although I remain employed currently despite my indescribable chronic pain. Unfortunately, it is not enough right now. I was recently diagnosed with complex regional pain syndrome. It is fiercely debilitating and literally dictates every aspect in my life. I have to plan every moment: carefully calculating energy, medication, and recovery time. Most times I calculate wrong resulting in the inability to do the simplest of tasks. Or the opposite occurs where I push myself beyond all capabilities and then spend days in bed recovering as I fight my own body. Stress naturally contributes heavily to the havoc already tearing down my nervous system. I need to move by February 28, 2017. I need your help in any way you can offer whether it be funding, packing, transporting, etc. One last addition: my spinal cord stimulation trial is February 6. Ideally the trial will work and my permanent unit can be placed after the one week trial. This will remain unknown until the trial is in. Needless to say this is a lot I am trying to pull off: 1 or 2 surgeries plus moving < 6 weeks. I really need each of you now more than ever. Thank you.
