RIP Anthony

Donation protected
my father was Tony Barnes. He was a caring man and loved everyone that he met. There wasn't anyone that came to him that was turned away. He helped anyone who was struggling or having a hard time in life get back on their feet. He raised me to stand on my own, even at 19 years of age. His passion was bicycling and he was a wonderful bike mechanic. He was considered the fastest wrencher in the West and served as a mechanic on the 1984 Olympic cycling team as well as founder of Team Bones. Many of you may know him from his company that was his life work, Bicycle Ambulance. He tragically lost his life doing what he loved most, cycling to work. My family and friends have helped me create this page in order to help with the costs of his mortuary and funeral fees as well as rent for the place that he and I lived in as I am currently in school. I know that my father had many family and friends that were extremely close and he would be honored and humbled at the hand that you shall extend one last time. Please share this page with anyone who has ever ridden a bike as Anthony cared so much for other cyclists. From tragedy, we shall provide Tony one last wonderful send off and joyfully watch him rise and triumph one more time.
