Please help!

Hello everyone. I just recently became unemployed and also confronting some health issues. I am needing some very much monetary support this week and it would be great if you can help provide for my need. I need to collect this by monday or I may confront a very bad  situation that I do not want to be in. As far as my health...I need the most prayers. I am having a neck MRI today Oct 7 being that another mass has appeared and it needs to be looked at then tested for malignancy. I pray not...but I am still very scared.
