I'm Justine Paige up until a year and a half ago I was living on the coast working two to three jobs earning a living as a professional server and Marketing/ Event Coordinator. My life literally came to a crashing change, due to a "head on collision" car accident. My mobility has been decreased and limited. So there will be no more waiting tables!!! However my passion for food, events, and service is still strong. Its time!!!! Time to live my passion, innovate and inspire. Its time to kick off my own food vending journey. I have spent the past year investing in the equipment, materials, resources, and building my own food trailer. In line with my passion but not detrimental to my injuries. My ultimate goal is to serve great food at festivals, local events, and use my management experience to operate an all inclusive event planning service. I maybe slowed in mobility but I am not going to let my physical limitations impead my dreams and calling. Its time to serve in a new way! Its time to take my creativity, outgoing personality, and strong will on the road and challenge my dreams. So close to being up and running the food trailer that I have invested thousands of dollars into is still in need of a few more thousand.
