Lost In The Fire

My best friend/sister, woke up last night to her home on fire. Thankfully everyone was evacuated quickly and no one was hurt. However the emotional damage is done. They lost EVERYTHING. Including their little puppy. The firefighters did such an amazing job and salvaged a few of the Christmas presents under the tree. She has five children that do not have any clothes or everyday essentials. Not too mention they have no home for the holidays. Even though they will most likely stay with us, not being able to go home is devastating as one could imagine. We are asking for anything you are willing to donate. The kids range from age 8 to 17. We are collecting funds to possibly help get them into a new home by the 1st so they can start the new year off right and put this behind them. Please find it in your hearts to contribute something. You can contact me for other donations as well such as clothing or bedding for example. Let us all take a minute to remember what holidays really are about and appreciate all that you have.
