Help Katrina Apt Flooded W/Sewage

My church member Katrina Tucker, and her young son went to church on yesterday November 27th and when she returned back to her apartment, her apartment was filled with sewage water running all over her place.. Parque Rio Apartment Buckner Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228) She tried contacting the apartment office and they ignored her. She finally after posting the video below asking what to do, she called the City of Dallas. They came out to expect to see if it was a cities issue. They informed her that it was not, but that it was the apartments issue and that she needed to vacate the premisses immediately, because it was hazardous to her and her sons health. She has contacted the Code Compliance as well.Sadly, she's an unemployed,single mother with a very ill son and now she's lost everything. Her sons bed, her bed and all of her furniture is ruined. Raw sewage is everywhere.These apartments should be held accountable for this. She does not have the financial means to hire a attorney nor to relocate, because it's just not in her budget to start all over. This apartment needs to be exposed, reimburse her for all of her damaged things, give her back her deposit and release her from her lease. Not only was she affected, but others were too.
