This young man's name is David. He is a honest, very hard working man. He is the sole provider of his beautiful family. He provides for his lovely wife, his daughter, and his nephew. I manage a moving company in which David has worked extremely hard for over 7 years. This man has sacrificed blood, sweat, and tears to help our businesses succeed. I am honored to know him and honored to call him friend. Now the tragic part... Thanksgiving morning, very early, David and his wife had to go to the store. He lost control of the truck he was driving and had a terrible accident. His wife suffered a broken nose. Dave lost his leg. Those of you who know me personally, know about my accident. Yet I cannot even imagine.... To have your life change in the blink of an eye can be very disheartening. My heart goes out to David because I know the road ahead of him is going to be difficult. I pray he can keep his head up and stay strong and know he has love, support, and prayers behind him. David was uninsured. And because of his injuries, he will not be able to return to his line of work. On top of that it is the holiday season.
