As you may know, we recently expanded our family with Porter, a 5 month old cute and adorable mutt. While looking through social media, as one often does, I saw a post from the American Cancer Society about raising funds through a virtual challenge of a 30 mile dog walk through the month of June.

So, here we are. Porter and I will be walking at least 30 miles across June to raise money in the fight against cancer. The challenge starts on June 1st, but the donation page is already up and 100% of all proceeds raised go directly to the American Cancer Society. ACS holds top ratings from Charity Navigator, the Better Business Bureau, Wise Giving Alliance, and Candid. So give with confidence! Please consider donating because every little bit helps.

I'll be sure to post a few progress posts along the way and we already have a 1 mile loop from/to the house already planned out.
