Mike W. Financial Crisis

My name is Stephanie Honeycutt. My longtime friend and weather colleague, Mike. W is having a super tough time right now. Due to several different ongoing medical issues requiring hospitalization, Mike has been on leave from his job. Unfortunately, the leave of absence is without pay, and he is several months behind on his mortgage and utility bills. He is also having to pay his share of his insurance premium out of pocket. This has created severe stress, a financial crisis and yet another week long hospitalization to get his vitals stable again. I am asking our mutual friends, fellow storm chasers and spotters and those who have enjoyed his weather forecasts, severe weather posts and pictures over the years to help me help my friend who has served many people in Alabama over the years. Mike is slated to go back to work in about a week from now, however, it will be another month before he gets a paycheck. The goal right now is to get his outstanding bills caught up and have money left for food to eat and any unexpected coinsurance for follow up appointments. No amount is too small and all help is appreciated, as well as thoughts, prayers and positive thoughts. Thank you all!
