Help Smelters- Home Lost- Fire

My name is Brett Bates. I am a neighbor of Dan & Yesenia Smelter and I also am a Board Member on our Belfair Homeowners Association. We are asking for your help for our neighbors and friends who lost everything in a fire that occurred at their home in the early morning hours of Election Day, Tuesday November 8, 2016. The Smelters were able to escape their home unharmed, but their home was a complete loss, along with its contents and both of their cars. Dan & Yesenia fled their home with just the pajamas on their backs. They have a need for everyday essentials, clothing, food and all of the things we take for granted on a daily basis. Please consider donating to help this Northeast Georgia (Oconee County) couple to help rebuild their lives. Every donation helps, big or small. The Belfair HOA Board has refunded their due for this year as a start and we humbly ask you to help us help our neighbors and friends to put their shattered lives back together. With the Holidays coming, we can all shudder to think how an event like this could change your life forever. We appreciate your consideration and any help you can provide at this time for our friends and neighbors. We humbly ask for your help and thank you for your generosity and kindness.
