House Lost In Louisiana Flood

My name is Alan Farris from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I am a victim of flood loss.
On August 13th, 2016, the Amite River hit an unprecedented 46.2 Feet of water. 90% of Denham Springs, LA and a lot of South Baton Rouge, LA fell under water, causing untold amounts of damage to property in the surrounding areas.
My house was in that area. We took on a total of 4 1/2 Feet of water in the house, destroying the entire contents of the first floor. In our case, my sister, the owner of the house, did have flood insurance and is able to renovate the house to a liveable condition. However, she is not wanting to possess the property any more after the flood loss so she can cut her losses.
With her selling the property, my girlfriend, her daughter, and I will no longer have a place to live.
I am raising funds to purchase the property from my sister, post-renovation, and finally have a place that I own and can call home. At current estimates, the townhouse will cost a total of $100,000. Included in the mortgage price would be Homeowner's Insurance, Flood Insurance, et all, payable over a period of 30 years. I am wanting to raise money to help me purchase the house and place a standard 20% down payment to begin with.
