Dalton Memorial Service

Donation protected

On August 22nd, my cousin Dalton and Jordan were walking around. As they were crossing the street, a drunk driver lost control. Dalton pushed Jordan out of the way and because of his heroic actions was struck by the driver.  Dalton was rushed to the hospital and died shortly after.
As you all know, Dalton's passing was very sudden and unexpected for all of us. My grandpa is very unwell and my grandma is in a nursing home with alzheimers. My grandfathers income goes to her upkeep leaving him without the means to give Dalton the memorial service he very much deserves.  Anything you would be able to donate would be greatly appreciated, even a few dollars,it all adds up and Dalton would be so appreciative knowing his father was not under any financial burden.
Dalton Makepeace McCreary was an angel. He was an old soul, clumsy, funny, and pure to the core. He was a brother and a friend to everyone he touched. He was all about giving second chances. He was the type of person that would give the shirt off his back to a stranger. Dalton was constantly putting everyone else before himself even in his last moments on this earth.  Nothing made Dalton happier then to see those around him happy.  He would much rather give than receive.  Dalton wanted more for everyone, he wanted to see happiness in everyone.
Jordan put it best;  what Dalton realy wanted was for YOU to be happy for people the way Dalton was happy for people.

Once we've reached our goal, these funds will be used for Daltons services.  His funeral will be simple as he was a simple man.  Any extra funds will be donated to our grandpa as Dalton has been his caretaker for years.  Grandpa is diabetic and suffers from numerous health issues.  It would help Dalton to rest in peace knowing those he loved were able to take care of themselves.
Erin McCreary, my mother, Dalton's aunt, and my grandfathers daughter will assume financial responsibility because of my grandfathers poor state of health.
