Quinn has Cancer, Can You Help?

This is Quinn. For 11 years, she has been just the very best dog I've ever had. Loving and friendly, she is the epitome of "man's best friend". Marcy and I cannot imagine what life would have been like without her as part of our family. When my wife, Marcy, had a stroke 6 years ago, she was so helpful in keeping me sane and provided invaluable emotional support. Now, she needs me.
A few days ago, Quinn was diagnosed with lymphoma. As of yesterday, we started her on a chemotherapy treatment regimen. I didn't hesitate, some of you know her and will understand why. Some of you have similar relationships with your pets and will understand why as well. I would love to hear your stories.
The doctor has recommended a couple of options, but we will be going with 5 treatments of Doxorubicin every 2 weeks over 2.5 months, along with daily doses of Prednisone. Hopefully, this should put the cancer into remission and return her to heathy living. We are trying to go forward at the St. Francis Veterinary Specialists here in Atlanta. (www.sfvs.com)
Money is tight, so I'm hoping some of you can help us so we can complete her treatments and give her the good life she deserves. Including diagnosis, blood work, and treatments, it appears this may total just at $4000. We are struggling as due to my wife's previous stroke, I am the only income and am hoping for any assistance you can provide.  Anything helps, $1, $5, $10, whatever.
