Tikka is just 1 year old. On April 29th, while running around the back yard with her brother, she took a tumble and blew out both of her ACLs. Tikka is a precious part of my sister's family of 9 and adored by all of them. However, right now, Tikka's 8 year old human sister, Josie, is battling stage 4 cancer and they have very little money to put towards Tikka's surgery. They are facing having to surrender her to a rescue or put her down. This is an incredibly difficult time for their family already and this injury is heartbreaking for them. Josie is just about to enter a bone marrow transplant and we are desperately trying to avoid her losing her dog at the same time. If there is any possible way you can help, we would be so incredibly grateful. 

Tikka is currently being boarded and taken care of at the Hospital but requires expensive TPLO surgery on both rear legs in the next couple days since she cannot stand on her own. They are calling it Cranial Cruciate Ligament Disease but she should recover fully from the surgery and live a normal happy life
