Morgan's Fight Against Cancer!

Donation protected
"12 year old Morgan has been diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma. She developed a tumor in February 2016 on her clavicle that has increasingly grown in size. In the last 3 weeks we have undergone numerous tests and we were officially given the diagnosis Wednesday.

The treatment will take 9 months to a year. Morgan will start on Tuesday, April 26th. She will be getting a bone marrow biopsy on both hips and will have what they call a 'port' placed under the skin of her chest. It will be connected to an artery to administer the chemotherapy. As long as all goes well with those two procedures, we will be starting chemo on Thursday. All of her chemo will be in hospital. She will start a regimen of chemotherapy every 2 weeks. Every two weeks it will switch between two separate concoctions of drugs. One of which will be 2 days of chemo and the other will be 5.

Morgan is coping with this extremely well. The family is taking it one day at a time and we all have a positive outlook and we will beat this! We appreciate all of your thoughts and prayers. We would like to extend our gratitude for all of your overwhelming support and love."

We, the friends of Carsen, Kerry, Max and Morgan know that they are going to be stressed, stretched and Morgan is going to grow up faster than any girl should have to this year.

When you have to take care of a loved one, especially a child, dealing with money should be the last thing on your mind. Please help us take at least this one worry off of theirs so they can spend time and give the care needed to help Morgan fight.

Morgan will use the funds for wigs, some of the very expensive medicine that will be administered at home and care for her brother Max while her parents tend to her. Her diet will need to change to more expensive foods, and honestly, there are things we don't even know that she'll need yet. Parking at the hospital for a year is enough to bankrupt a person!

Please help them through this tough time! Even $5 to help is going to help with parking at the hospital for a few hours and will make more of a difference than you realize!
