Tirion needs help!

I came home last night to a nightmare. I found my beloved Tirion wrapped up in cords from my window blinds around his neck. He was unconscious, luckily I got the cords off and got him breathing. He's at the vets office, on oxygen, and under watch. He has severe noncardiogenic pulmonary edema. A fancy way of saying his lungs are filled with fluid. Provided all goes well, and with no further complications, he is expected to need about 2 more days of around the clock care. Follwed by close home monitoring and meds and x-ray recheck. This is not something I can afford on my own. Any help would be awesome! Thank you all!
