Creating the Leaders of our Future
Who am I?
My name is Preena Surya Chand. I am an everyday human, just like you. In the journey of life and through my own transformation, I have found my purpose. That purpose is being the light in every dark place I find, in changing the world one heart at a time, and in empowering leaders to create leaders such that there is a ripple effect in positivity. My passion is within the hearts of the children and teens that have been abused. In taking a stand for them, I am also taking a stand for the child I used to be.. The child that knew abuse and will not allow the past to cloud her present and future.
Why donate?
This money will be funding my education in the realm of transformation, leadership, human psychology and emotional intelligence. I am in the 3rd leg of a Leadership program called Masters in Transformational Training. I am graduating the Master's program this month and with that I will be entering PHD-3 a program designed for leaders who walk, talk and breathe: love and transformation. With this education, I will graduate and be able to facilitate and hold transformational trainings for youth, in the U.S. and globally. With the support of my family in transformation and all of you, we are in the process of bringing this essential education to my family's home country, the Fiji Islands.
My mission?
Through these trainings and through various non-profits, I will be bringing life to children that have been abused (sexually, physically and emotionally) and that are underprivileged. These are children who are beautiful, and yet kept in the dark. These are children that will be able to have the tools to shift out of any circumstance that stands in their way. They will grow to create leaders that stand for love, peace and change through service and positivity. These children are our future and I am taking an unwavering stand for them and for the future of our world.
