Help Luka pay for his surgery

Hi, I love to run around outside as much as possible. On my last adventure, things took a turn when I was hit by a car. Please help my mom, Brandi, pay for my vet bills. I know she is worried sick and is doing what she can with me moving around in pain.
I get to wear this stylish cone for 10 days, then the stitches come out.
