Trying to get through winter

Newly single mom, trying to stay afloat and afford car payment, insurance, rent, food, and bills while I look for a job to support my daughter.

with the winter turned cold, we need gas heat in the house (or preferably enough to afford to move out of this place, for many many reasons) and the space heaters aren't cutting it/breakers keep flipping off when I run them. It's gonna be six hundred at least, whether I stay and turn on ONG (I owe them for a decade-old bill) or try to get a new apartment with better maintenance and being closer to work so I'm spending less every month in gas. :(
