Frank's Brain Tumor Annihilation

Hello everyone! Frank is not one to ask for help on anything. Especially when it comes to money, so that is why the goal is set so low. Today we saw a neurosurgeon who cannot help us with the problems he is having. He won't touch the brain tumor and there is no medicine to help with the side effects of it (memory loss, trouble reading, trouble speaking words, and extreme head pain to name a few). This doctor suggested to leave it alone and have another MRI done in 2 months to see if it has grown. In the mean time, Frank is still having to deal with all of these issues I've stated above. We have decided to get a second opinion from a doctor in Dallas. The thing is, he knows $500 is not going to being to cover another MRI, much less trips to Dallas and back multiple times. Nor will it cover potential brain surgery, should we find a doctor willing to take this tumor out. He requested I set the bar way, WAY too low on this, so I'm abiding by his wishes. The way we see it, the only way to fix the problems he's currently having is to get this tumor removed. That's going to be A LOT of travel involved, time off of work, medications, and x-rays. As of right now, Frank has no insurance. We're going to try to get some soon, but even after we do, the left over bills are going to be astronomical. That doesn't even include daily bills that have to be paid. We recently bought a house, we still have a car payment, and there are other various bills that will have to be covered while he, and most likely I, will have to miss work. This is not including the two boys we're raising ( and believe me when I say they eat A LOT). If you're not able to donate anything, we ask that you please pray for him and our families. Prayer is the most important thing right now! We are trusting fully in our Lord and Savior to steer us to the right doctor, and show us exactly what needs to be done. Frank is an amazing, loving, selfless man who deserves to keep pursuing his dreams in his career; and most importantly, live a long and happy (pain free) life with our boys and me.
