Cocoa for Schools

€5,259 of €10,000 goal

Raised by 27 people in 23 months
The "Cocoa for Schools" project is committed to improve the lives of thousands of cocoa farmers and their families in Kyela, Tanzania. Investing in education is a huge part of this programme, as it has been shown to be the single most effective way of getting out of poverty.

Through the “Cocoa for Schools” project, Kim’s Chocolates works tirelessly to improve the infrastructure for education in local communities. Our target is to build in the next 10-12 years around 800 classrooms and distribute around 430.000 school books. Beyond education, the project also assists farmers in a number of ways, including teaching agricultural skills, distributing new cocoa trees and providing solar electricity generating devices.

Kim's Chocolates is donating every year part of it's income to this project. You can find all details and numbers on the link below:

Dag Fons, hier nogmaals je nicht. Dit bedrag is van m'n lieve buurvrouw. Ik vertelde haar over je project en ze was zonder ik het vroeg, bereid om te sponseren. Veel succes en alle goeds voor 2018!
