My name is Jeffrey Renteria, I am a small business owner and Engineer residing in San Diego, Ca. I am also a free energy researcher.
I survived three gunshot wounds on the 8th of August.

I was hit in the abdomen and both arms. I lost my right Kidney and part of my Liver to the bullet that sailed through my abdomen. The ulnar nerve was severely damaged in both hands due to the damage done by the other two shots to my left wrist and right elbow.
Current western medical practices have been able to do little for my nerve damage which has kept me from my business and being able to provide for my two children.
I have found a remedy to my nerve damage in an advanced stem cell treatment using lasers to program the stem cells. Unfortunately, neither my insurance nor the victims compensation fund of california will pay for this treatment because it is in Mexico.
What makes this stem cell treatment better than stem cell treatments in the US? The method employed in Mexico, uses a special type of laser to encode the stem cells with the information for the stem cell to differentiate into specific types of cells. In my case, the Ulnar Nerve, Bones, and Liver. Additionaly, The doctor, who is an ex Marine Corps molecular biologist, uses this same laser to guide the preprogramed cells to the exact place where they are needed to regenerate tissue.
In the US, stem cell therapy consists of injecting stem cells at the site of damage and hoping that they get to the site of the damage and turn into the cells needed for regneration.
This is the only treatment that will help me avoid further surgery and get me back to work the fastest. The stem cell treatment costs $12,000. The additional $3000 is for travel costs to Ensenada, Mexico, (where the facility is located) from San Diego, and bills that have been piling up.
Due to this egregious act against me, I have lost my home, was forced to close down my business, and now, I have two hands that barely work. These treatments will get my hands back to 100% so that I can operate my business again and stop spending tax payer money on my care that can take years for me to recover without the stem cells.

Not only has my life been turned upside down by this attempted murder, but my new energy research has come to a screeching halt. After ten years of research, I have finally discovered how to utilize the energy all around us, which Nikola Tesla calculated to be 360,000 volts per meter cubed!
My work has been confirmed by at least 2 other researchers just a couple days before I was shot.
I cant say much about the case against the perpetrator who shot me, but he was a guest in my home who shot at me 4 times hitting me 3, when I opened the front door to my home, as I was returning from work. I was unarmed.
My 'guest', is charged with attempted murder, awaiting trial.
