Please Help If You Can

Hello my friends, this is Bull and unfortunately I need your help. I was injured almost two years ago, when i fell through a deck and smashed over half of the discs in my neck. Since then i have had 3 procedures to try to correct this, none of them have helped, leaving me in constant pain and agony. While im awake I feel like i am being stabbed and electrocuted, non-stop through my neck, shoulders, arms and hands. When i sleep i have constant nightmares about being tortured.
Because of this injury I am permanently unable to return to work, and have no way to earn a living. It is also almost impossible  for me to play guitar for any length of time, I have great difficulty singing and talking due to the surgery in my neck. Also I have trouble writing and typing and its almost impossible for me to hold things in my hands.
More recently I had to have an emergency operation to surgically remove a skin infection that has led to me treating an open wound for the last 32 days and counting. 
While being  hospitalized for that, it led to the discovery that i have diabetes, likely caused by my inability to work and my more sedimentary lifestyle caused by my injury.
Anyone who knows me, knows that I worked very very hard at my job, and that I'm very passionate about my work as a musician. My inability to do those things in addition to the many other skills i had before my accident, has made my life heart-breakingly difficult. As everybody knows insurance only covers so much and I have gone through everything that I had saved, plus borrowed money from just about everyone I know. My emergency room visits and hospital expenses are adding up very quickly.
I have seen firsthand how charitable people can be through the work that we did in the bands that I was a part of, 86 Strict and Cereboca, donating our music and time for many, many causes as well as hosting a great deal of benefits at my pub Dublin O'Shea's. This is the last thing in the world that i wanted to do. But i need to ask, for me, for help. Anything you can do would be unbelievably appreciated, and I'm eternally grateful for any help you can give. If you can't help, believe me I understand, prayers are also accepted.
