My brother is a Combat Veteran who served in the Army. For any Vet he has struggled to come home and adjust. To help him cope he found Frag to train as a PTSD service dog. Since Frag has been in his life it is like having my brother back again. He is able to join us for family events, go to a restraunt and even movies again thanks to Frag. Sunday afternoon Frag was in his neighbors yard and the neighbor shot him with a shotgun. Late Sunday he had surgery, they had to remove his spleen and repair part of his intestines. Dusty is a great man, who needs this dog. Please help in any way you can to help save Frag, because Frag saved him.

Frag is home with Dusty! Thank you all so much for you thoughts, prayers, kind words, love, support and tremendous generosity that made this possible. No words will ever be able to express how grateful we are!

Here is a word from Dusty~

I am normally very good at using my words. But the outpouring of help and kind words have left me speechless.

I have never wanted to ask for help. I've never wanted to be thanked for my service or recognized because of it.

Thank you for all you have done to help me keep my lifesaver. My hero. Frag.

We are overwhelmed by the support Dusty and Frag have been receiving! The vet bill does keep growing and we are extremely grateful for the generosity. There has not been much change in Frag as of yet, it is really a waiting game at this point. Dusty would like you all to know how thankful he is for his community and the love and support you have shown him. If there are any funds that are left after taking care of Frag, Dusty would like to pass the support to another Vet to help them be able to obtain a dog to help them, in the ways Frag has helped him.

I just heard about this. I have been seeing a lot of service dog rejection stories and it just continues to anger me! I hope he makes a full recovery and that you can get your life back on track.
