Today a large group of people came together to support our friend Mike Walker has he fights Stage 4 lung cancer. He and his wife Mary Kay are two of the most giving people I know!
Well someone decided tonight they needed the money that was raises for Mike and his family. They stole over $5,000!!! This money was raised by hosting a chicken bbq, offering over 70 different baskets and just outright generosity of people's spirit. It took just one rotten apple to steal this money but I want to show them and everyone else that we are fighters and we don't give up....even on cancer!
I would like like to raise that money again to show Mike and Mary Kay how much we love and care about them! Thank you to everyone who participated and helped out and remember we are ALL Walker strong!!!
