Kelcie is in an amazing Varying Exceptionalities program at Calvary Christian Academy where all of her special needs are being accomodated and she is challenged at her own appropriate level. Due to the level of her Cerebral Palsy, she requires physical assitance with every task such as writing, eating, manuevering her wheelchair, bathrooming, transfers out of her wheelchair into another device/mat for therapy, etc... A unique aid is required to help her at school in order for her to successfully participate and function properly throughout the school day. The cost of her unique aid is not covered in tuition costs and is an additional $6,500. As a single mom, I'm unable to cover this cost on one income.
