My name is Bob Martin, a lot of people call me MindanaoBob.  I am an American Citizen who lives in the Philippines.  I have lived in the Philippines for nearly 17 years. I am 54 years old.  I have a wife and 5 kids (3 kids of my own, and 2 Filipino children that I have taken in).

In June 2016 I had a heart attack.  I need to have an angiogram and angioplasty to repair my heart.  Because I have spent significant money this year for other medical expenses, I just don't have the cash right now to get it done.  

Even with my health insurance, I will need to spend between $21,000 to $32,000 to get this heart procedure done.  If I don't do it, it could cost me my life.

The money will be used completely to pay for my medical expenses.

I am hoping to get this procedure done in October 2016, I need the procedure right away, so I need your help.
