Thankful Cupcakes and more

Hi my name is Trina Dalcour I started baking in my hometown of Houston Texas in January 2015 using my own money and resources including my home I created Thankful Cupcakes and more, the name of my baking Empire which will feature such delightful delectables  as my cupcakes my brownies My cakes and my cookies these desserts were inspired by the love and labor or four generations of beautiful black Bakers, my great grandmother my grandmother my mother and me.  I intend to keep this Heritage alive and well and maybe God willing pass it on to my daughters and granddaughters or sons and Grandsons in the form of a successful business, in the form of a business that provides a service and fills a need that helps build community, a business that provides jobs a business that many will build their lives around and raise families around, this is my vision. I am currently expanding the business by adding a food truck this will help to reach more sweet to customers and generate more Revenue and eventually lead to many restaurants :Hey don't laugh a girl can dream can't she. I have found a food truck that is well-suited to do the job that I need done, to handle the job of safely delivering the products of Thankful Cupcakes and  more to our customers, I am accepting any and all donations to Aid in the securing of a food truck I am accepting these donations because of the love and comfort and serenity that baking has brought to the women of my family, I am accepting these donations in the hope that I too will be able to share with you what they have shared with me. words cannot express how grateful I am and appreciative I am for any and all contributions no matter great or small contributions, for any kind of assistance from a dollar to a thousand, from well wishes to fervent prayer I am accepting it all, and all donations will be used for the procurement of a food truck, the securing of this truck puts me one step closer to my dream, to my passion for baking, and if you cannot donate so much as one dime, your prayers, your you go girls, your encouragement is priceless, your sharing of this post will be greatly appreciated. To be successful in this endeavor would mean the world to ME, mainly because of the sacrifices of my teachers, my predecessors, my great-grandmother, my grandmother, my mother and her sister you see in the past being a black female you didn't even dream of owning or running a business in the state of Texas, but because of their sacrifices I am inspired to run on. Therefore I will channel the energy and passion and straight-up love that they had for baking and I will do my very best to represent them in a manner in which they would be proud.
