Humanitarian Robot Prototypes

Hello!
My name is Andrew McGregor and I'm devoted to helping solve humanitarian problems!
For the past several years I've been collaborating with incredible people on a robotic prototype designed to work with rats to help map land mine fields in difficult parts of the world!
Now, we have two technologies that we think could be very useful to the not-for-profit APOPO that actually trains rats to sniff out where land mines are so that people know it's safe to return to their homes.
We just need to test the prototypes at their rat training facility in Tanzania!
We would like to test the robots later this Fall so if we could get the funds in about a month that would be fantastic!
This project is sacred to me because I've seen what war can do to children and land mines are a particularly awful invention that maims and kills the innocent decades after a conflict has ended.
The world needs more focus and energy on this problem.
Every land mine out of the ground will never have the chance to tragically alter or end a person's life.
I would be profoundly and deeply grateful if we receive funding.
It would be an emotion only exceeded by how much harder I'll be able to work towards solutions to this problem!
