Disabled American Veteran Needs Help

I am a disabled American Veteran needing help to get a bathroom with a handicap shower in it, now I have to transfer myself with my arms from my wheelchair to the toilet then to the shower this is very difficult, also I have fallen approximately 10 - 15 times in the last 2 months
