Beltran Family Affected by Fire

Donation protected

On September 16, 2016, the Beltran Family fell victim to a criminal fire while they slept. By the break of dawn, a senseless fire had left Manuel and Laura Beltran, along with their 5 children, homeless and with nothing but the clothes on their back. Although other families were also victimized by the mass arson that took place that morning, the Beltran family was not only stripped of all of their possessions, but also of their livelihood and only means of survival.

When Manuel Beltran became disabled, some years ago, due to a surgery gone wrong, he was unable to keep his full-time job. Having a family of 7 to support, he quickly figured out how to keep his family afloat by selling used shoes and clothing at the local flea market. His average annual earnings of 15,000 may have forced his children to become accustomed to making sacrifices as a way of life, but the loss of the inventory of used goods that he would have sold at the flea market, has left them without a way out. Please help out the Beltran family so that they can begin to piece their lives back together. Let's show them that they are not alone and they are not forgotten
