Peewee's emergency medical help

My wife found Peewee in an alley about two years ago. The cat decided to waltz into our place, and she's been ours ever since. Shortly after, we found out that Peewee has a liver shunt, that triggers seizures. I won't get too technical into it, but she is permanently sick from being outside most of her life.

We have had her on a special diet, and medication since we found her. A few weeks ago, she had a seizure, we treated them like usual, and continued on (her previous one was back in March). The next day she had another, and then the day after etc. I went to the vet and discovered she had a claw infection that would be causing her seizures, so she was put on meds and paw soaks twice a day.

Her seizures continued to get worse, and I continued to see the vet for medicine and help. In total, we had gone to the vet 5 times in the past week for consultations and new meds.

Last night, September 14, 2016, Peewee had a focal seizure that lasted close to an hour and we rushed her to the hospital.

She was immediately given a dose of Valium, to help with the seizure, and is currently hooked up to IV's, a catheter, and under heavy sedation. She is now stable, but still being monitored.

I'm reaching out to the generosity of strangers and friends to help me help Peewee get the help she deserves and pay for her emergency hospital costs and medicinal treatment.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.
