Help Nathan Kiger roll again!

Donation protected
As many of you may have heard, Nathan was hit by a car while riding his bike on Tuesday afternoon. Nathan was traveling down Fremont Avenue when a car turned left. Using his best cross racing skills he attempted to dodge the car but unfortunately was not successful, landing him not only on the ground but also with an open fracture on his left Fibula, a few fractured ribs and some other fantastic bumps and bruises.

Nathan was taken via ambulance to Harborview and a quick look at his Strava indicates they only earned him his third best time traveling down 45th! He's been in Harborview for the past two days - undergoing surgery yesterday afternoon and with the goal of being discharged today. As expected his spirits are high and he hasn't lost any of the expected Kiger charm.

Unfortunately this injury will put Nathan out of not only the cross season he's been training so hard for but also work for a bit. In addition, his wife Krishna will also be taking some time off to help with his recovery as well as to take care of their son Eli.

Luckily the driver stopped so there is light at the end of the tunnel but it may take some time to get everything sorted. Anyone who knows the Kiger's know they would never ask for support like this but they could definitely use any support you can provide.

In addition, any unused funds raised will be donated to a cyclist charity of their choice.

Thanks in advance from the Kigers - I'm sure Krishna will provide updates as they have them.
