Building New Memories

Hi! My name is Brittany, and my husbands name is Jared. We have 5 crazy, fun-loving kids together! My husband, Jared, served in the US Army and was honorably discharged about 5 years ago. He suffered from a traumatic brain injury caused by multiple IED blasts on several different occasions. He has sadly lost a very large amount of his childhood memory and even some of our early, happy memories together because of his TBI. Of course, not having many memories to reflect on can be challenging and unsettling. I'm hoping to raise some money so that I can take him and our children on a family vacation and help him build some new, and very happy memories. Jared is about 90% done with his bachelors degree and has been working so hard at bettering himself and trying to provide for our family. He is struggling to find a career at the moment, but is still so determined to do so. It's been kind of a roadblock lately and has caused some depression for him. He's a really amazing man who's so dedicated to his family. He is such a great person who goes out of his way to help anyone in need, from pumping little old ladies gas because their hands are too weak, to giving his lunch to someone more hungry than himself. He's truly a hero in so many ways. I want to give Jared some special memories in return for the ones he has already sacrificed. Help us get to Disneyland!
