Paul's Medical Expenses

Recently, Paul lost his foot and a portion of his leg to diabetes.  Paul is a former law enforcement officer and his wife Dianne works as a full time nurse to provide for the household.  Out of pocket expenses for a prosthetic leg will cost thousands of dollars, even after insurance.
