Flood, basement wall collapsed.

Floor, basement wall collapsed, everything destroyed; air conditioner, furnace, water heater, water softener, sump pump, radon mitigation. House not liveable.  8 feet of lawn and 3 and a half feet of water on top of that in the basement. Over $8,000 worth of materials to finish half of the basement destroyed. State Farm Insurance here they will not pay a penny they said it was flooded and we do not have flood insurance but we cannot get flood insurance as we are not in a flood zone. Very expensive repair with no insurance.
