I need help to get back on my feet

I am Cheryl Marrs and this is a plea for me and only me for now. If this brings in more than I need I will surely pay it forward to others who are hurting too.
I survived Katrina but lost my mom. I moved back home to Tallahassee, Florida because I wanted to just come home. I am a teacher who loves kids and have not been able to get more than a half time teacher job split with a para position. I give and give and give come early stay late but just can't make it. Right now my rent is due and I need shoes for work and work clothes pants. School gives us the shirts for our uniforms. Hurricane Hermine just hit and I still have no power, after almost a week. I am tired weary hungry and frustrated. My rent is due and I don't have it....$800 month. My house could use a new roof and screens in the windows but........ I get food stamps but that will end soon and most likely will not be renewed but can't buy dog food and toilet paper with that. My work shoes have holes in them and my work pants have ripps in the seams and can't be fixed as they are just worn out. I recently found a lump in my breast and that has taken its toll on me plus my BP does not stay down right now and the doctor keeps on me to lose more weight but no matter what I do it doesn't happen. I walk miles each day but nothing changes. I don't smoke and don't really drink just a plain jane person. I do as much as I can for others including cleaning up the dumpsters where I live because others make such messes there. I help my elderly neighbor as much as I can and other neighbors too who are disabled. I seldom put myself first.
I feel helpless and some hopeless too. I have no family and feel oh so alone.
Any funds you might send, would be used to just survive and get what I need to survive: such as shoes, work clothes, gas, insurance for car and care for my beloved pet-Mr. Clipper. He was a katrina rescue but I think he actually rescued me!!
I am embarassed to think that I am doing this. I am usually the one who helps....not the one asking for help!!
