No one should have to go through this. Jed is my daughter's fiance and got injured at work on August 30th. Due to the unfortunate mistake of another Jed has multiple fractures in his skull, a large hematoma on his frontal lobe of his brain that is resposible for behavior regulation, and bleeding in the brain all which caused him to also have a seizure. He has had some minor setbacks such as increased bleeding, low and high blood pressure, and pulse bottoming out over the past couple days but thankfully that has improved.  He is off the ventilator and able to walk a little and sit in a chair for a little bit although it makes him very sick. He is also confused at times, behavior is 'off' and extremely tired which is all normal in a traumatic brain injury like his. They have also started doing a little bit of physical therapy with him which will take a lot of time. While by the grace of God he has been slowly improving he has a very long road ahead of him.  He will be out of the Special Care Unit sometime today and moved to a floor that knows how to deal with his injuries.   No prognosis of how long he will be in the hospital. However when he is released he will be out of work for 6-8 weeks at minimum and need round the clock supervision. Because of that my daughter will also be taking a leave of absence from work when he comes home and she dropped the semester of school other than her online classes which she didn't even think twice about, she knows what she needs to do and she will do it no matter what it takes.

Unfortunately, Due to all of this their finances are going to take a big hit. All while they just started planning their wedding. It would truly humble all of us that love Jed if you could find it in your heart to help them with even a small donation. None of us like reaching out for help as we are all stubborn and will be doing what we can to help out, but this is one time we really need your help.
