My Dad Fought Wars, And Now Cancer
My Dad was in the Desert Storm War and he was in the military for 10 years. We went through a lot as a family. This year, he decided to change his life around and he went to a program for 6 months and to make it better for us, his family. Two weeks before he was supposed to graduate, we found out he had a very rare form of cancer called carcinoma cancer. He still graduated and now he is fighting another war. Since our Dad was the main provider for our family, my mom has been selling everything she has to get money to see him. They say we can't since the doctors say he is getting sicker. His hospital is four hours away from where we live. We try and talk to him but, he is tired all the time and sounds really sick. I just don't get how this can happen. He is such a kind, wonderful, awesome Dad and I want this all to be over. I just pray and hope he gets better. He will get better, right? He has to be because my Family and I need him in our lives. Please, if you can even donate a dollar, it will help and be much appreciated.
(For Your Information, I am his 15 year old daughter who went ahead and did this on my mom's phone for my Dad. My mom wanted me to do this but, she isn't really good with Internet stuff and I am.)
