Stop unconstitutional ITAR rules

You may have heard about a recent ITAR "guidance" letter from the Obama State Department declaring ordinary gunsmithing to be "manufacturing," and therefore requiring ;lawful small businesses to register at a cost of $2,250 annually or risk 20 years in prison.

Well, I sued them last year over those rules, which were overbroad even before the new letter. Recently that suit was dismissed because the court said I didn't have "standing," meaning that, since I wasn't actually being prosecuted, there was no reason to bother hearing my case.

I want to have the case decided on the merits, not dismissed on a technicality. So I intend to pay the fee and sue the government for a refund. But when you run a small business, $2,250 is a huge amount of money. So I'm hoping supporters of the Second Amendment and of small U.S. businesses will want to help out.

I'm looking to get enough to pay the ITAR fee, the court's filing fee, the cost of serving the government (again!), and GoFundMe fees.  All of it goes straight to those expenses and anything left over I'll give to a pro-2A organization.
