It is with great heartache we say goodbye to a wonderful man today. Billy, as well all know, had the biggest heart ever. Always smiling, always making those around laugh, always there for you when you needed him. He loved his number 1, his daughter Katharine, more than anything in this world and gave her the world. He will truely be missed by a lot of us.
