A few months ago Josh returned from a trip to California complaining of troubled breathing, as the weeks went on he continued to get worse, after days of nagging he finally went to the doctor. The day after his visit he was told he tested positive for mono, the doctor also told him that she saw some things in his blood work that she was concerned about and wanted to refer him to an oncologist. Of course this scared him to death and after hours of googling he decided that his symptoms were all that of mono and he didn't need to go to the oncologist. After a week or so of constant coughing, breathing issues, fevers and more nagging he finally agreed to go to the doctor. A CT scan revealed that he had several tumors in his chest, neck and abdomen, More tests confirmed that he has Stage 3 grey zone lymphoma. This type of lymphoma is incredibly rare and due to the lack of studies the best treatment option is not really known.

I know Josh as my boyfriend and my best friend. You may know him as a family member, friend, or colleague. However you know Josh, you know that he is an amazing, kind, and generous person. He is a person that truly cares about others and improves the lives of the people around him , whether it is through his clothing company ( sink or swim athletics) or his positivity in everyday life.

The good news is that Since his first round of chemo things are looking very positive for him. Unfortunately, he faces a long road of treatment. As you may know, chemo and everything that goes with it is very expensive. Any small amount that you can contribute will be greatly appreciated! Please only donate if you are financially able. At the very least, we ask that you share this campaign with your network and send positive thoughts his way.

Thank you!

As of Friday the 18th, Josh has officially finished his last round of chemo!!! He is doing well and is more positive than ever! He is scheduled to have another PET scan at the end of December, to make sure that he is still in remission, if that goes well, he will continue to have scans every 3 months for at least a year or more. Things are looking VERY good for him! But he is not 100% in the clear yet! And he is still dealing with a tremendous amount of medical bills. So I have decided to leave this open until After the holidays to try and make things as unstressful as possible for him. I will officially close it on January 1st.

I can't say it enough, Thank you ALL so much for the support you have continued to show him! We love you all! ❤️

Today we got some great news! Josh is kicking cancers a$* y'all! The first picture is from July 28th, the second one is from yesterday, in the first one, all those bright orange areas you see in his chest and neck are tumors, in the second one you see that they are no longer there! His doctor has stated that she no longer sees anything in his scans so as of now she is considering him in partial remission!!! He will still finish his last two rounds of chemo and possibly (but not likely) finish it all with radiation. We are thrilled with this news and we wanted to share it with all of you! We can't thank you enough for all of the love and support! Josh wouldn't be in such a positive state of mind without all of it! ❤️

Round 4 of chemo is done, with no issues, I swear he gets stronger everyday! Next week he's gets another PET scan so we can see how effective this chemo regimen has been so far and then they will decide where to go from there. I will update everyone on how that goes! Please keep sharing and sending Positive thoughts his way! Thank you!
