on behalf of Sabrina Pack
 BATON ROUGE, LA
Hi, My name is Jerry L Washington and I'm from Baton Rouge Louisiana. I'm the voice of the people of Baton Rouge. Sabrina Pack will be withdrawing the funds as she will be the person in charge of purchasing the gift cards and documenting who, gets a gift card, how much it is, and the date and time. We will call the families documented, get the ok and POST UP to put the donations right in their hand. With such devastating disaster putting so many people out of their homes and into shelters we must do something to help. We must also use our power, our energy and love to help the ones who need us get their lives back together. We don't know if we will reach our goal but if we do, we are going to start an annual Live, Laugh, and Love Festival in honor of God, our great country THE PEOPLE of America, and myself, Jerry L Washington. For those who are in an unfortunate position and need help getting somewhere to stay, we vow to help as many people as possible get a home or fix up their old one, and show you all proof as we go. We will purchase gift cards of particular amounts from various stores as it pertains to the needs of the people. We will start by dispersing those gift cards to the families we've already helped and provide public proof by photo, video, and the testimonies of the people we helped. We will keep documents of what we spend to avoid any legal penalties. Please show love and support by donating at least $1 and sharing this gofundmeaccount.

Linda Kelly we don't care about no black lives matter. It's all lives matter. And most of that crap came from up North. We all out here helping white blacks Asians Spanish. And whatever race there is. When it comes to floods like this it had no set race to effect. But it effect all. We helping people who don't even know us. That's what we in Baton Rouge do. So if you can't donate to something positive. Don't donate at all and when it's your turn to be in the same predicament were in than don't look for help. And see how you get around.

So if a few White people go on a rampage then we are all bad??? Grow the Hell Up...and quit being a Racist yourself!!!!

Not every parish is in the bayou. Most of these places have never flooded ever before. Many people do not have flood insurance as it wasn't required because we are not in flood zones. Instead of rude comments, please that energy to pay for us. In my one parish it is estimated that 105,000 homes have been lost out of 137,000 homes being in my parish.

I am happy there is a place to give that 80% doesn't go to adminstrative costs and salaries. Praying for you all. Wish I was closer to be able to physically help... I lived 2 years in Louisiana. Some of the nicest people I have ever met.

Your doing a good thing helping others out and reaching out. Ignore the negative. Keep on, I'll donate as soon as I can, but for now I will share your message and if you know more about specifics, clothes water blankets, and such we may able to spread that message out too. Hope you and your family are okay.

If a hand reached out to you when you were in a time of dire need, would you care what color it was? Now is the time, for those of us who are able to do so, to BE the hand that reaches out.
