Need Help With Medical Expenses

This is my daughter Ana she has a rare stomach illness that causes anything she eats or drinks to come right back out immediately after consuming. Her stomach is told by the brain that anything she consumes are foreign objects and her stomach starts having a severe spasm rejecting anything she comsumes. She gets her nutrients through a GJ tube but currently we are having issues with her intestines not working correctly so it keeps pushing the tubes out, so right now she receives TPN through a central line here at home. We pretty much live out of hospitals either at Drscoll Hospital in Corpus Christi TX or at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston TX. I am a single mom with 3 girls I myself am sick with lupus and pancreatitis, arthritis, fibrmyalgia, a degenerative disease among other things. I have support from my family through hard times actually currently living in my parents home whom are both in thier 70's but they have been great in helping me and my children . We travel back and forth to Houston to her doctor at Texas Children's Hospital and it has become a challenge to get around. I have lost my job from being in the hospital so much, we live approx 40mins from the nearest hospital. My transmission and brakes went out in my 92 truck. I am I'm desperate need of a reliable vehicle that can get us back and forth to the hospitals and her doctor appts. This is my last resort I apologize for asking anyone to help out but I don't know what else to do. We live out in the country "farm area" so we have no public transportation out here, plus many of the times I have to rush her to the Hospital. Please if anyone can help anything would be greatly appreciated I just don't know what else to do anymore. Everyday is a struggle for not just her and me but everyone in my family, cause we are all going through this not just with Ana illness but my illness has effected the family greatly. I am grateful as well as my daughter cause even though we have it hard, living out of hospitals you see so much heartache that it hits you and you place yourself in those parents shoes and the pain I feel in my heart for them cause they have lost their child effects you so much. That when I look at my daughter laying here while I hook up her fluids through the I.V. I think to myself never did I think it would get this bad but at the same time I remember the pain in the parents eye's after losing their child and I feel grateful because I know it could get to that point in our lives but it's not.
