Kristines has been sick for about a year. Things really started going downhill in February of 2016.
We noticed her feet, hands and face swelling. She is always nauseated. She was always tired and had no energy. Her blood pressure was high.. Her blood sugar was high. Her triglycerides are high. She was super weak and had no strength at all in her legs or arms. She was having problems with her vision so we took her to an eye specialist where they said she had a disease in her eye. She said it was like always looking through a fishbowl. It was always hard to focus in on things. We decided to take her to a specialist in Idaho where they did extensive tests and told her that her body was like a battery that had no charge and that it was just shutting down. They decided it would be best if she would get 10 treatments which included a multi pack High concentrated vitamin C vitamin B another of vitamins along with cleaning out her blood. She just wasn't getting any better. It was so hard for her to think or Focus or remember certain things. While this whole thing was happening Jeff quit his job because of certain circumstances. So without any money coming in the church has been very generous in helping pay for rent and utilities. Family has been a huge help and has donated money and a lot of time. Sunday August 7th at 4 in the morning Kristine was having her heart flurry and act weird. Kristine said she had a feeling to go in to the emergency room in Brigham City. They checked her heart and said that she did not have a heart attack butt her potassium was super low and her blood pressure and blood sugar and triglycerides we're all hi. Since her potassium was so low, they decided to admit her to try and to lower her potassium and get her steady. After many tests and a couple of cat scans on her chest and stomach it was determined by the doctor he was 90 percent sure that it was cancer. Then on August 11th, She was transferred to McKay-Dee Hospital. After many Labs, tests and a biopsy on her tumor on her adrenal gland, it was determined that she had adrenal carcinoma cancer. They had noticed that has spread to her kidneys throughout her stomach her chest and lungs and lymph nodes in her neck. The doctors told her that there is no cure for this cancer and it is a rare cancer, so kris and I decided to go home and pass away with friends and family nearby. After being home for 2 days she had the feeling that she was not done fighting and that she wanted to go to the Huntsman for further treatment and evaluation where she is doing well and being treated very kindly.
