Cellar Dwellarzz Jazz Band

The Cellar Dwellarzz Jazz Band is a group of students who are dedicated to the performance, listening, and enjoyment of jazz music.  Students requested to form the ensemble to provide more time to study and play the art form and have the opportunity to reach out to their communities and perform jazz in a professional manner. The group is directed by Neil Forte and Jennifer Gerhard, life-long music educators serving students in public schools, private lessons, and community organizations. 

The Cellar Dwellarzz's are in need of equipment for the group such as a portable digital 88 key studio piano and case, a keyboard/bass/guitar amp, drum set moving cases, and foldable fronts/music stands with our logo! We would also like to purchase music for the group to rehearse and perform for any venue that may request the ensemble. Creating a jazz library would be a great asset for the students repetoire list and for future generations of Cellar Dwellarzz to learn and perform.

Your generous donations will support and insure a place for student musicians to enjoy creating, playing, and publicly performing what they truly love-music. This group would not exist without the students desire. They take great pride in their community and want to serve in the best ways they can and that's through the music.
