Sonoma County Deputy Sheriff Erick Gelhaus has endured three years of slander and abuse from anti-police activists who want to destroy him because he acted to defend himself and his partner from an apparrently armed assailant in a worst-case scenario on the streets of Sonoma County.

Even though he has been cleared by two indepdendent investiagations and the Sheriff's Department, a variety of unethical, biased activists and lawyers continue to smear and harass him, and now are targeting a promotion he recently earned after a quarter-century of service to his country and community.
